Special Drive for disposal of PM-UDAY Property Document : Those who want to register property under PM-UDAY can take appointment on Saturday and Sunday till 31st December 2024. Our Reach : Andaman & Nicobar Islands,  Chhattisgarh, Dadra & Nagar Haveli,  Delhi,  Goa, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Jharkhand, Maharashtra : (CIDCO, Pvt. Builder Module), Manipur, Mizoram,   Punjab and Tripura

Now Public can avail online services of Registration through simplified NGDRS. Public can take online appointment, access model deeds and ensure data entry of the deed. The registered deed can also be seen by citizen through their log in. Beware of touts! Registration services are at a click away on NGDRS.

PAN number verification will be made compulsory for citizen from 09/09/2024. Before submitting the data entry to SRO please verify your PAN by clicking [Verify PAN] button in the party entry form. If your name and PAN No does not match you will be not avail to complete data entry and could not able to submit the token. For kind information.
